Bluetooth broke in latest version

Latest version broke Bluetooth. My heart rate monitor will no longer connect for very long. Once Bluetooth is no longer recognized, the only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall all this application. Then after a little bit, Bluetooth breaks again. The software is currently unusable.
